He is the Founder and President of The Alpha Health Group LLC, a non-profit organization championing public health initiatives, research on Sickle Cell Disease, and community health education programs designed to improve patient outcomes and promote cultural competence in care delivery.

His career includes pivotal leadership roles such as Resident Regional Manager, Sterile Processing at Crothall Healthcare, where he oversaw multi-site sterile processing operations within the NYC Health + Hospital’s network. He spearheaded policy development, compliance oversight, infection prevention strategies, and operational process improvements, directly contributing to improved patient safety, cost containment, and staff productivity. He has also held senior positions at North Central Bronx Hospital, St. John’s Riverside Hospital, and North Shore University Hospital, where she successfully implemented innovative workflow systems, advanced staff development programs, and technology integrations to optimize healthcare operations.

Alpha Omega’s academic achievements include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Health Care Administration and an MBA in Health Services Administration from St. Joseph’s University, New York. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Public Health at Capella University, specializing in epidemiology, biostatistics, health policy, and leadership. He also holds multiple professional certifications in sterile processing technology, leadership, and advanced endoscope reprocessing.
